Job Description: The Compliance Manager is responsible for reviewing and evaluating all the contract reports and reporting back to the Chief Program Officer – Prevention Services. The Compliance Manager ensures that employees are in compliance with contract requirements and program procedures as well as agency’s policies. Position is also responsible for supervising System Navigators (2) and managing navigation services. The Compliance Manager develops, initiates, maintains and revises policies and procedures for the Healthy Beginnings program. Position is located in Lake Worth.
Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s in Business or related Human Services field required. Minimum one (1) year of Quality Assurance direct work experience and QA systems, regulations, guidelines, and associated standards. Must possess excellent communication skills. Highly motivated and self-directed, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work with minimal supervision. Valid FL driver’s license with clean driving record.
