Reporting to the HR Generalist, the Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for greeting and directing visitors, providing information to internal and external customers, answering and directing calls appropriately and representing the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times, while proving administrative support to the Human Resources Department and other departments as assigned. This is a full-time position located in Lake Worth. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
A High School/GED and one year reception/clerical experience is required. Must have a valid FL driver’s license with a clean driving record. BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH REQUIRED.
