HomeSafe has an opportunity for an experienced PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR to join our team of professionals.
This full-time position is responsible for the administrative oversight and overall quality management of assigned residential programs to include development and implementation of policies and procedures, managing day to day operations of the property, and development and oversight of budget to support and facilitate operations and programming. Position office located in Lake Worth but will travel throughout Palm Beach County to assigned programs.
Master’s degree in public administration, nonprofit management, social services or mental health. Five years’ experience in child welfare. Two years supervisory experience in a residential setting. This position manages assigned residential programs, including life skills, ensuring integration of a therapeutic environment and behavior management system with group care structure and routine. Flexibility in schedule required as some evenings and weekends required. Valid and insurable Florida Driver’s License & drug/background screening required.
