Job Description: | Reporting to our Clinical Director, the Program Supervisor is responsible for the development and coordination of the Healthy Beginnings Entry Agency (ages Birth-5) system of care. In addition, this position will be responsible for the overall quality management of daily operations, including fiscal management, staffing, supervision, and quality improvement processes. |
Preferred Skills: |
Bachelor’s degree required, MS preferred, preferably in Early Childhood or related field. With Masters degree, a minimum of four (4) years of child welfare experience with emphasis on child development for children birth to five years with a minimum one (1) year supervisory and operations experience. With Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of eight (8) years of child welfare experience with a minimum of three (3) years of child development for children birth to five years. Minimum one (1) year experience working with developmental screenings, assessment tools, and processes required. Knowledge of developmental screening/assessment tools, and community resources required. Additional requirements include excellent interpersonal skills; ability to effectively prioritize assignments and meet deadlines; ability to work independently; excellent time management, organizational, and problem solving skills. Ability to travel throughout Palm Beach County required. Valid FL driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable insured vehicle required. |
