The Harcourt M. and Virginia W. Sylvester Foundation Purchases New Vehicle for HomeSafe

New car provides added safety features and improved gas mileage efficiency

The Harcourt M. and Virginia W. Sylvester Foundation generously purchased a new Chevrolet Cruze for HomeSafe, a non-profit organization helping victims of child abuse and domestic violence in Palm Beach County and South Florida.

The sporty blue, four-door Cruze helps upgrade HomeSafe’s aging and high-mileage fleet by providing enhanced gas mileage efficiency, lower maintenance costs and added safety features including ten airbags. Dependable automobiles are in constant demand at HomeSafe as each vehicle averages 40,000 miles annually to transport children to school, medical care, counseling, social development and extracurricular activities.

The Harcourt M. and Virginia W. Sylvester Foundation has been a major, longtime supporter of HomeSafe spanning for decades.
