The Bernstein Family Foundation Campus serves up to 12 girls at a time in a warm, welcoming, home-like setting. Every child has a private bedroom and bathroom, which offer a sense of safety, privacy, and ownership of their own space. Highly trained, compassionate team members provide 24/7 awake supervision, support, mentorship, and love to each child. Our staff prepare homemade meals, teach our kids valuable life skills, transport them to medical appointments, school, and recreational and social outings, and provide the care and support they need to learn to manage and cope with their trauma.
The Sylvester Family Foundation West Campus offers the following amenities:
- Private bedrooms and bathrooms with air conditioning controls
- Kitchen and stocked pantry
- Dining room for communal meals prepared by staff
- Family room for entertainment, gaming, and socialization
- Community room for life skills groups and art therapy
- Music room for recreational music, music therapy, and private lessons
- Computer lab for gaming, homework, and private tutoring
- Multipurpose room which includes a fitness area, hair and nail salon, gaming area, and art corner
- Outdoor half basketball court
