Our 21st Annual Classic Rock & Roll Party held at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on January 27, was truly a night of great music and fun! The party, hopping with 380 guests, included a cocktail hour and silent auction, dinner, program, and live concert.
Celebrity Host Nicko McBrain, Iron Maiden drummer, and his Bad Company cover band Dodgy Enterprise put on an amazing show! All-star musicians Joey Belladonna, Joe Franco, Simon Kirke, and Tim “Ripper” Owens took to the stage and performed more classic hits including Highway to Hell and Don’t Stop Believin’. Nicko even surprised our guests by auctioning off his snare drum played that night, and signed by him and the all-star musicians.
Long-time donors, Bob Sheetz and Debbie Lindstrom were honored as this year’s HomeSafe Hero for going above and beyond to truly make an impact on the agency’s work in Palm Beach County.
We are grateful to our event co-chairs, sponsors, supporters, auction donors, and musicians for their generosity. The $400,000 dollars raised will give children and families who have experienced traumatizing abuse, neglect, and family violence, the gift of hope and healing.
